Amazing room, romantic proposal setup, excellent service, great location near waterpark, relaxing pool, helpful staff, perfect for couples or families

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathtub. The location was great, with a peaceful forest view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a shuttle service to the city center every 15 minutes.

The location of the hotel is great, especially for those who love waterparks as it is close to the rainbow reef. The hotel also provides easy access to HardRock Hotel's Session restaurant where they serve buffet breakfast. Additionally, the activities available are enjoyable and the hotel is situated close to nature, providing a peaceful environment. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with necessary amenities like a bathtub and TV in the bathroom.

The hotel could improve on their promptness in answering phone calls and catering to early check ins/late check outs upon early request.

During my recent stay at Resorts World Sentosa - Equarius Hotel, I was captivated by the beautiful ambience of the hotel. The entire hotel was everything was super clean and well-maintained, creating a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue with exceptional service. the private facilities and room advantages were fulfilled beyond my expectations, including a spacious marble bathroom and splendid amenities. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were both peaceful and relaxing, while the bar/lounge area had a unique and cozy atmosphere.

The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't working perfectly, causing the room to feel slightly warm during the night.

Surrounded by lush greenery and just a short walk from Adventure Watercove park, guests can enjoy the serenity of nature. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the nearby beach, allowing visitors to soak up the sun and sand. With spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms, guests will feel pampered and relaxed. The attentive staff ensures excellent service, and the breakfast selection satisfies a variety of tastes. the hotel offers a range of facilities, including a pool and gym, for guests to enjoy.

I had a great experience staying at the hotel. The facilities and hospitality were great. I want to especially mention Lina, were great to make our stay nice. She helped me arrange a surprise proposal for my girlfriend and even personally decorated the room. Thanks to her, we had an amazing time at Resorts World Sentosa. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the amenities provided. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

While the overall experience was great, there were a few minor inconveniences. The check-in process was a bit slow and confusing, as there was no main queue and I had to wait behind someone who had a lot of questions.

The exclusive amenities provided in my spacious room were luxurious. the efficient staff helped me with cross, border transport to various locations and recommended must, sees. the in, house transporting for families was an added advantage. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and the garden area was serene.

The complimentary parking ticket was limited to one per night of stay, which was insufficient if I needed to travel out of this hotel to other parts of the area.

We loved the option to upgrade and have pool access. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a large swimming pool and a beautiful view of the aquapark adventure. The location was convenient, with free shuttle bus service and buggy rides to nearby attractions. It was a bit close to nature, with a fine view of the forest from our balcony. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious.

As a group of friends, we loved the peaceful setting and beautiful pool area at Equarius Hotel. The Forest restaurant was fantastic and the staff provided exceptional service. We also appreciated the eco-friendly touch of having water carafes and a filtered water station instead of plastic bottles.

Felt completely secure during our stay, nothing to complain about.
